We’re booking spring 2027: get measured and quoted now. For every service except fence, your quoted price holds for a spring install and there’s no deposit until spring. A quote written from December holds once you approve it, unless the scope or material costs change. Local Lawns is booked out for fall 2026.

At this Wolf Willow home the old lawn came out and new sod went down. Along the front porch, a Rundle rock bed went in on landscape fabric, with plastic edging to hold the line against the lawn and edging around the tree bed.

A short custom paver path and front wood edging finished the job.

How the Wolf Willow yard was sodded, rocked and edged

Strip and grade. Removed the existing grass and rough-graded the yard with our Bobcat MT100.
Topsoil and sod. Installed fresh topsoil, laid premium sod and did the final levelling.
Rock bed. Laid landscape fabric along the front porch and spread 25 mm Rundle rock, with plastic edging against the lawn.
Tree bed. Edged the front tree bed.
Path and wood edging. Installed a short custom paver path and the front wood edging, then cleaned up.
