A new Sundance front lawn and rock bed
This Sundance front yard got a full lawn replacement rather than a patch: the existing grass came out with our Bobcat MT100, the yard was rough-graded and topped with fresh topsoil, and premium sod went down and was levelled.
Under the front window, decorative rock on landscape fabric now finishes the bed around the shrub.

- Rock. Prepared the bed under the front window, laid landscape fabric and spread decorative rock.
- Finish. Cleaned up and left watering guidance with the homeowner.
