Weeds to new sod in Auburn Bay
By the time we got here, the back lawn was mostly weeds and bare dirt between the shed, the fences and the deck, and the beds around the trees had filled in with weeds, grass and saplings.
The fix was a full replacement, front and back. The old grass came out, the ground was rough-graded and topped with fresh topsoil, and premium sod went down. The tree beds were cleaned out and redefined, and mulch finished them and the strip under the deck.

- Rough grade. Rough-graded the front and back yards.
- Topsoil. Installed fresh topsoil over the graded ground.
- Tree beds. Pulled the weeds, overgrown grass, saplings and unwanted plants from around the trees, redefined the beds and hauled the waste away.
- Sod. Laid premium sod and did the final levelling.
- Mulch. Installed mulch in the back-yard tree beds and under the lip of the deck.
